Schwartz Athletic Center Hours for Oct. 26 – Nov. 1

The Schwartz Athletic Center announced this week's hours for student activity beginning Monday, Oct. 26 through Sunday, Nov. 1, with policies in place (see below) *

Hours for the Fitness Center and Lower Gym remain the same from last week, however the hours for the Pool have been slightly modified with an additional 90 minutes on Monday, Oct. 26 (9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.), just one session on Tuesday, Oct. 27 (7 – 9:30 p.m.) and no hours on Thursday, Oct. 29.

The Lower Gym is available from Monday, Oct. 26 through Friday, Oct. 30 from 8 p.m. through 9: 30 p.m., and also Saturday, Oct. 31 and Sunday, Nov. 1 from 12:30 p.m. through 3:30 p.m. Lower Gym participation is limited to 15 individuals with policies in place that includes time limits if a waiting list is initiated (see below) *

*Lower Gym Policies:

The Gym will be open to Wells students only.

Capacity for the use of the gym will be limited to 15 people at one time (per NYS regulations).

Anyone using the gym must check in at the desk located at the Lower Gym's Main Entrance.

The West Doors of the Lower Gym are for EXIT ONLY.

Anyone using the gym must show a Wells College ID

Anyone using the gym must show the Daily Health Screen Clearance Email (Green Check Mark for that day).

Everyone using the gym must supply their own sport equipment, towels, and water bottles.

Everyone using the gym must wear a face covering at all times (per NYS Regulations)

Hands must be sanitized before and after use of the gym

All equipment used must be sanitized after use.

NO COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED (E.G. PICK-UP BASKETBALL, SOCCER, OR VOLLEYBALL) (per NCAA and NYS Regulations governing all High-Risk Sports).
