Women's Volleyball Wins Second Home Game In A Row

Wells College women's volleyball returned home on Thursday to host the SUNY Poly Wildcats.

Earlier this season the Express took down the Wildcats at SUNY Poly in three straight sets and the Express looked to repeat that success tonight.

Wells College was in control of the entire match. They swept the Wildcats in three straight sets. In the first two sets, the Express only allowed a combined 21 points. Wells College tallied 39 total kills compared to just 17 from SUNY Poly. Alycia Wilson had the most kills for Wells with 11 on a .455 attack percentage. Miah Williamson served up a couple of service aces while Taelor Cid and Jade Epp made some major contributions off the bench.

The 3-0 win over SUNY Poly improves their record to 6-7 heading into a tri-match at SUNY Cobleskill this weekend.
