Bio

About:

Lauren hails from Ballston Lake, New York where she attended Shenendehowa High School. During her four years she played Field Hockey and Lacrosse. Both of those sports she contiues to play at Wells College. Lauren has a younger sister Sophia. Parents are Bruce and Jean. Outside of competing for the Express, Spiegel enjoys working as a barista at the Wells on campus coffee shope, The Grind. Being a tour guide is also something Lauren finds herself doing outside of athletics. Outside of busy commitments at the college, she likes to spend time with teammates and friends as well.

Aspires to be a sports nutritionist for a professional sports team in the future.

The community and friendships made over the last four years.

Best Memory Playing Sports:

The constant support from parents and sister since starting to play lacrosse in seventh grade. States she "wouldn't be here without them pushing me to do my best."
