Wells College women's lacrosse hosted the Keuka College Wolves of the Empire 8 conference on Wednesday night.
The Wolves proved to be a tough match-up for Wells College who was battling some injuries coming into this one. On offense, the Express were only able to generate eight shots with five of them on goal. The lone goal of the game was scored by Lydia Thomas (unassisted) in the first quarter. Lydia Thomas also grabbed five ground balls on the day. The Wolves won this nonconference match-up, 19-1.
The Express will host St Mary's College of Maryland this Saturday at 10 AM.
