The Wells women's soccer team came into its contest with Keuka with a season-high shot total from its previous matchup last weekend against Cazenovia. The Express couldn't get on track as Keuka took the match 9-0.
Jennifer McCumber recorded her sixth-consecutive double-digit save performance in net with 16 and is now just five shy of 100 saves on the season. Some of her best work tonight came after Keuka was awarded 13 corner kicks.
Overall, Keuka held a 36-shot differential over Wells and scored four goals in the first half and five in the second. The Express hosts SUNY Polly this Saturday, Sept. 28 at 3 p.m.
